This guide sorts games by how long a typical session runs. All of them are free and run in the browser. No install, no account. If you know you only have a few minutes, pick from the short list. If you’ve got more time, the longer section has options. For the full set, use the games page or categories.
5 minutes or less
Whack a Mole is a single short run. Click the Target and Reflex Racers are quick reflex checks. Balloon Pop and Falling Stars are low-pressure and short. You can also do one round of Memory Game with a small grid. The arcade and casual sections are full of short sessions. More in the arcade guide and casual guide.
About 10 minutes
A normal run of Snake, Wing Flap, or Asteroid Dodge fits here. So does Memory Game on a bigger grid, Number Slider, or Quote Matching. For shooters, try Kill the Vampires or Space Shooter. Browse action, puzzle, or fast paced. The action and puzzle guides list everything.
15 minutes or more
Tower Defense and City Defender often run 15–30 minutes. A long Snake or Stick Figure Horde run can too. Twenty One Quest, Elemental Duels, and Rogues Fortune in cards are built for longer sessions. So is Block Stack or a hard Number Slider. See the strategy guide and card games guide for more.
No fixed time (play as long as you want)
Slot Machine and other casino-style games don’t have a defined end. Online Piano and Online Guitar in music are open-ended. You stop when you feel like it. The casino and music guides cover those.
