If you want a real deck in the browser, start on the card games hub. That page lists the standard-deck tables we ship with full rules underneath: Klondike Solitaire, FreeCell, Pyramid, Golf, Aces Up, Blackjack, War, and Crazy Eights.
The older Cards category still holds the themed decks too (Twenty One Quest, Elemental Duels, Rogues Fortune, Elemental Conquest). Those play more like mini board games with cards than like a kitchen-table night. This guide focuses on the classic deck set, then points you to the themed ones when that mood fits.
Where to play
Open Card Games for the standard deck hub. Each game page has the table on top and a rules write-up below, so you can learn mid-hand without leaving the tab.
If you want every card-tagged title in one filter, use Cards. That list mixes patience and casino tables with the elemental and quest decks.
Patience games (solitaire family)
Klondike Solitaire is the seven-pile game most people mean by "solitaire." Build Ace-to-King foundations, flip the stock one card at a time, and undo when you bury yourself.
FreeCell deals the whole deck face-up. Four free cells hold single cards while you dig. Almost every deal is solvable if you plan the sequence.
Pyramid Solitaire clears a triangle by pairing exposed ranks that add to 13. Kings leave alone. Our version wins when the pyramid is empty, even if stock remains.
Golf Solitaire is faster and thinner. Play ranks one step higher or lower onto the waste across seven columns. Flip stock when the columns stall.
Aces Up is the shortest of the set. Discard lower same-suit tops until only four aces sit on the table. Empty columns help you dig.
Casino and shedding
Blackjack is you versus the dealer with a chip bankroll. Hit, stand, or double. Naturals pay 3:2. The dealer stands on all 17s.
War is pure higher-card battle. Flip, scoop, survive wars when ranks tie. Good when you want almost no decisions.
Crazy Eights is the shedding game. Match suit or rank, play eights wild to name the next suit, and empty your hand before the computer.
Themed card decks on the site
Still in Cards, but a different vibe: Twenty One Quest is blackjack-shaped with a quest skin. Elemental Duels and Elemental Conquest lean on elemental matchups. Rogues Fortune is turn-based hand play with energy.
Reach them from the Cards category when you want something less "kitchen table" and more arcade.
How long a round takes
Patience tables usually land between three and fifteen minutes. Aces Up and Pyramid skew short. FreeCell and Klondike can stretch if you chase a clean tableau. Blackjack hands are quick; War can drag if both stacks stay large. Crazy Eights sits in the middle.
Nothing here needs an account. Progress that matters (wins, bankroll, best times) saves in your browser for that game.
How to pick one
Want the familiar Windows solitaire loop? Klondike. Want open information and planning? FreeCell. Want pairing math? Pyramid. Want a short discard race? Aces Up or Golf. Want chips and decisions? Blackjack. Want zero strategy? War. Want to mess with suits and wilds? Crazy Eights.
If none of those sound right, flip to Twenty One Quest or the elemental decks from the category page.
